NATIONAL MISSIONS BOARD
There shall be a National Mission’s Board which is responsible for the spreading of the Gospel Message nationwide.
25.1 COMPOSITION/MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD
The membership of the mission’s board shall comprise the following:
1. The General Superintendent
2. The General Secretary
3. The National Missions Director
4. The National Evangelistic Movement Director
5. One Senior Ordained Minister
6. One Reputable Elder
7. The Chairman of the Finance Board
Apart from the General Superintendent, the General Secretary, the National Missions Director who by virtue of their positions shall be automatic members,all other members shall be appointed by the National Executive Council. The Board shall be answerable to the General Council through the National Executive Council.
25.2 FUNCTIONS
1. It shall develop and continue to maintain relations with other Para-churches
2. To organize missionary work
3. To establish churches wherever possible
4. It shall be the coordinator and planner of all missionary programmes
5. It shall establish principles and conduct of ethics governing all parties concerning mission activities
6. It shall encourage all the assemblies to support mission activities
7. It shall promote programmes of the Missions Board to raise funds to support missions
